The journey is an experience in itself. We travel from central Stockholm, through Skurusundet and the narrow strait Baggenstäket to Gustavsberg in the middle of Stockholm's archipelago. We also make a stop at Hålludden, where the beautiful art museum Artipelag is located. The English guide on board tells you about the history of Stockholm, Gustavsberg and why the ship has the same name as its destination.
When you have arrived in Gustavsberg you can stroll around the harbor area among the many restaurants and cafés or pay a visit to Gustavsbergs Konsthall - Sweden's only art gallery with exclusively crafts and applied arts. The art gallery also has a shop where you can buy contemporary swedish crafts.
