LUNCH 
Restaurateurs: Arnauld Eygun & Jan Ingvarson. In the snug and beautiful salons on board one of the world's oldest vessels, our restaurateurs lay out a traditional Christmas buffet. The buffet combines classic Christmas dishes such as herring with caviar, pickled herring, brawn and reindeer fillet with new seasonal favourites such as roasted vegetables, oven-baked broccoli with capers, and pecan pie.

AFTERNOON & DINNER
Restaurateurs: Jesper Taube & Maria Svensson. As soon as you step aboard, you immediately feel the sense of history – the Yuletide atmosphere is as if taken from an old book of fairy tales. The sumptuous buffet contains many people's favourites such as sill and potatoes, liver pâté, veal brawn and Jesper's own fantastic Jansson's Temptation, together with everything else you might wish for in a traditional Christmas buffet.

DINNER
Restaurateurs: Jesper Taube & Maria Svensson. In an authentic Art Deco setting, we serve a traditional Christmas buffet where you will find many Christmas favourites. Dinner aboard the S/S Stockholm concludes with our enduringly popular cheese and dessert table in the rear salon. This includes mature Stilton, chocolate mousse, pannacotta with saffron, risalamande, fruit salad, pies, biscuits and Christmas sweets.

AFTERNOON & DINNER
Restaurateur: Malin Söderström. On board the elegant M/S Gustafsberg VII, Malin presents her Christmas buffet with a focus on wild game and vegetarian dishes – environmental responsibility and tradition with a modern twist. As you step aboard, sill and snaps will be awaiting you on the table. The buffet includes smoked salmon fins, wild boar ham, game pâté, baked pickled Savoy cabbage with baked apples, and baked celeriac with truffle butter.


TASTES OF CHRISTMAS PAST AND PRESENT:

Genuine Christmas buffet of seven courses – M/S Prins Carl Philip
AFTERNOON & DINNER
Restaurateur: KC Wallberg. This artisan-crafted Christmas buffet features both traditional and contemporary tastes. Everything is lovingly prepared with due respect for Scandinavian tastes and Swedish culinary culture, with a focus on harvests from the forest and the ocean with plenty of vegetarian alternatives. The tastes are diverse and portion sizes are adjusted to allow you to enjoy all the dishes. In seven traditional trips, the food served will include herring with sea buckthorn and saffron, juniper-smoked salmon tartare, baked celeriac, a wide range of Swedish cheeses, confit of pork belly, saffron pancakes and syrup-fried apple.

LUNCH, AFTERNOON & DINNER
Restaurateur: Malin Söderström. On board the elegant M/S Östanå I, the Christmas dishes are served to your table in four different table settings. The meal concludes with a fabulous dessert buffet in the rear salon. Malin's Christmas buffet can succinctly be described with the words game, vegetarian, environmental responsibility and tradition with a modern twist. It includes dishes such as a classic anchovy, dill and egg mix, fried spiced salmon, wild boar ham, endives with pomegranate, creamed kale and mandarin cake.
