Dinner menu

Valid from 1rst May 

Create your own three-course dinner – the price depends on the main dish you choose. Please let us know what menu you have selected, as well any special dietary restrictions, at least 14 days prior to the dinner. You must order the same menu for the entire group. The menus are priced for 10-180 guests.

We recommend that you order the list of beverages that we have assigned to the particular menu. The beverages will be presented under the dishes. The total price for beverages is SEK 300 excluding VAT (SEK 375 including VAT). The prices in brackets are inclusive VAT. 

Starters

  • Smoked whitefish with browned butter, chili croutons and summer salad
         
  • Swedish classics, nettle-pickled herring, bread roasted vodka-pickled herring, cape Skagen medley and whitefish roe
          
  • White asparagus soup served with ham from the Rocklunda farm and baked silver skin onions
          
  • Warm scallops- and lobster terrine with tomato aioli and sourdough chips
          
  • Toast Pelle Jansson, thinly sliced filet of beef, egg yolk, crouton, red onion, whitefish roe and crème fraiche  
          
  • Duck liver crème brûlée with orange brioche, fresh figs and port wine jus
