The lunch menu of the Vaxholm Kastell includes the salad buffet, homemade bread, low-alcohol beer/mineral water, coffee and cake. If any in the company cannot eat the menu of the day due to food allergy or because he/she is a vegetarian, we ask you kindly to inform us of this when booking.

Wednesday Meatloaf with cream sauce, sliced pressed and pickled cucumber and whipped lingonberries

Friday Swedish beef stew with boiled potatoes and beetroot
Saturday Veal meatballs á la Wallenberg with whipped lingonberries and creamed potatoes
