Products ordered may be cancelled up to five days before the booked date, unless otherwise indicated. Cancellations should be submitted directly to the product owner using the contact information provided in the order confirmation received by the client when making the reservation. Clients will be reimbursed in connection with the cancellation of booked products by the product owner, i.e. Strömma, provided that the cancellation has occurred at least 5 days before the booked date. The sum repaid corresponds to the entire purchase sum, less transaction costs for the product owner and the website.

This website is subject to the provisions of the Swedish Consumer Sales Act and the Swedish Distance Contracts and Doorstep Sales Act. A booking becomes valid when a confirmation has reached the supplier and the purchaser. A Confirmation/Voucher is valid as a ticket for booked products.
Strömma Turism & Sjöfart AB will invoice the retailer for bookings made each calendar month with the terms of payment being 30 days. A Confirmation/Voucher must be presented at the departure site at least 15 minutes prior to departure. Complaints about products should be submitted to Strömma Turism & Sjöfart AB using the contact information provided in the order confirmation. Products ordered can be cancelled up to one (1) day before the booked date, unless otherwise indicated.
The retailer should submit cancellations in writing to the product owner using the contact information provided in the order confirmation received by the client when making the reservation. Clients will be reimbursed in connection with the cancellation of booked products by the retailer, provided that the cancellation has occurred at least 1 day before the booked date. The sum repaid corresponds to the entire purchase sum, less transaction costs for the retailer and the website. If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the booked date, there will be no entitlement to repayment of booked products. In the event of complaints about products being made directly to the product owner, the client should be able to refer to the retailer and supply the booking number.
