Carl Gustawson and staff offer a well-prepared archipelago meal - enjoyable for both body and soul. The maximum number of ship guests onboard is 245 and for seated dinners the ship holds 170 guests divided into two lounges. The ship kitchen uses carefully chosen raw materials to create classical Swedish menus inspired by all corners of the world.
M/S Gustafsberg VII is a very beautiful ship with a large dining room and an impressive bar in the lounge at the stern. In 1991 Carl, the restaurateur was awarded the wine society Munskänkarna's honourary plaquette for the well-composed wine cellar onboard.There is room for 130 seated guests onboard in the large dining room on the upper deck and room for 40 in the lounge at the stern. For drinking arrangements, we have room for 245 guests.
