The church is the best preserved, and one of the few remaining caroliner-churches, (from the caroliner time). It was finished in 1708, and is built after the proposal by Jean de la Valle in 1666.
The little church in the fort tower is very popular for weddings. The church is small and intimate, and makes the ceremony extra special. Starting the celebrations on board a archipelago boat of course doesn't hurt. You can also make the event even more historical with the help of Elfsborg's Carolines.
Thereafter, it is only a short walk to the banqueting room, where you can celebrate the big day with family and friends.
The church is also available for other events, like baptisms and masses.
