For rented services, such as performers, transports etc. New Alvsborg Forts cancellation terms do not apply. Seperate terms are in point.

Cancellations earlier than 28 days before the day of the event will be debited a fee of 1000 SEK, if otherwise has not been agreed.

If the cancellation occurs 28-15 days before the day of the event, New Alvsborgs Fort have the right to debit 75% of the agreed price.

If the cancellation is made later than 14 days before the day of the event, New Alvsborgs Fort have the right to debit 100% of the agreed price. The debit regards the number of people that has been given.

The definite number of guests must be given 7 days before the day of the event, at the latest. The definite number of guests will be debited.

Only 10% of the booked number of guests can be cancelled.

Final payment must be done at the latest 10 days after the day of the event if other terms are not given on the invoice.

The registration fee constitutes 35% of the quotated price. It must be payed within 30 days of recieving the invoice, although at the latest 15 days before the day of the event, if other terms are not given on the invoice. Companies that are not creditworhty according to Dun & Bradstreet will not be given credit.

Here, we bill the entire event in advance. It must be payed at the latest 10 days after recieving the invoice, although not less than 15 days before the day of the event.

Stromma Turism & Sjofart AB's regular terms - regarding payment conditions and final payment - do not apply to larger events. In these cases the parties agree on the size of the advanced payment and time for paying it, as well as the final payment.

In the event of war, government regulation, lock out, blockage or other impediments such as a fire, accident or other surcumstances outside of Stromma Tursim & Sjofart AB's control, the company has the right to cancel, restrict or otherwise rearrange booked events without compensation.

Event confirmed by client per telephone, e-mail or fax.

In the event of damage or vandalism connected to an event at New Alvsborgs Fort, the client is liable to pay compensation. This applies even if the perpatrator is not identified. Bringing your own alcoholic beverages during an event is not allowed.

The prices exclude 25% in VAT, with exeption for boats, 6% in VAT, if otherwise is not stated in confirmation.
